Belle Aroma was founded by Monica Hadley, blending her entrepreneurial vision with a passion for aromatherapy. The brand’s story reflects Monica’s determination and innovation, shaped by her partnership with inventor Jeffrey Smith. Together they created products that elevate wellness with style and purpose.
Monica’s entrepreneurial spirit emerged early. As a teenager working at an ice cream stand, she traded paper dollars for silver coins from a young customer—an enterprising act that hinted at her future drive. At 22, after losing her father, she and her brother transformed his fledgling business into the successful brand, Country Fresh. Monica went on to establish her own accounting firm, successfully balancing a flourishing career with the demands of motherhood.
Years later, Monica reconnected with Jeffrey, who, as fate had it, was the boy from the ice cream stand. Inspired by his sketch of a 12-Volt Car Fragrance Diffuser, they co-founded AERON Lifestyle Technology, Inc., launching the Drive Time® brand.
In 2016, Monica founded Belle Aroma®, offering pure essential oils and eco friendly diffusers that seamlessly blend elegance, functionality, and sustainability.
