Belle Aroma® is the result of Monica Hadley's entrepeneurial spirit and passion for aromatherapy, brought to life with inventor and business partner, Jeffrey Smith.

Monica's business instincts appeared early - while working at an ice cream stand, she traded paper dollars for silver coins from a young customer, an early hint of her future. By age 25, she was running two companies, and raising a family. Through her own accounting firm, she helped countless entrepeneurs navigate the financial side of business.

Years late, fate reunited Monica with Jeffrey - the little boy who bought ice cream with silver dollars, now an aspiring inventor. Together, they launched AERON Lifestyle Technology® with his invention, the 12V Car Fragrancer, revolutionizing fragrance technology.

In 2016, Monica launched Belle Aroma, offering pure, stylish aromatherapy solutions that blend design, sustainability, and wellness to enhance everyday spaces.
