Buffalo Wings (The Original)

Ingredients

• 4 lbs chicken wings (drumettes preferred)
• 1 cup Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce (original — don’t substitute)
• 1 tablespoon butter, melted
• 1 heaping tablespoon horseradish

Instructions
Cook the wings using your preferred method — air-fry, pan-fry, or oven-bake. When the wings are cooked to your liking, melt the butter and stir in the hot sauce and horseradish. Pour the sauce over the wings just before serving.

Serve with carrot and celery sticks with blue cheese and Ranch dressing.

Tip: These wings are best enjoyed fresh. They’re not meant to be sauced ahead of time or held in a crockpot.
